Type of refrigeration system:

According to the different working principles of the combined cold storage, it can be divided into compression, absorption, steam injection, thermoelectric, adsorption and other refrigeration systems; the compression refrigeration system is also called the vapor compression refrigeration system, due to the performance of this combined cold storage system Good and efficient, it has become a common refrigeration system in combined cold storage engineering.

Ammonia refrigeration system: generally used in large-scale refrigerators.

Problem: Ammonia refrigerant is toxic, and leakage can easily cause explosion. The accident rate of domestic ammonia refrigeration system is high.

Reason: The equipment that composes the ammonia refrigeration system, including valves, is unqualified, and the management cannot keep up.

Freon refrigeration system: suitable for freezing and refrigerating systems for fruits, vegetables and meat.

Cold storage refrigeration systems include: refrigerant circulation system, lubricating oil circulation system, defrosting system, cooling water circulation system (or air-cooled, evaporative cooling system, etc.), refrigerant circulation system, etc.

Refrigeration principle of cold storage:

After the liquid refrigerant absorbs the heat of the object to be cooled in the evaporator, it vaporizes into low-temperature and low-pressure steam, is sucked by the compressor, compressed into high-pressure and high-temperature steam, and then discharged into the condenser, where it is transferred to the cooling medium (water or air). ) Heat release, condensed into high-pressure liquid, throttled into low-pressure and low-temperature refrigerant by the throttle valve, and then enters the evaporator again to absorb heat and vaporize to achieve the purpose of circulating refrigeration.

In this way, the refrigerant in the system completes a refrigeration cycle through the four basic processes of evaporation, compression, condensation, and throttling.
